PlatformKubernetes
Kubernetes health at a glance.
Deploy one small, read-only collector per cluster and see nodes, Deployments, StatefulSets, DaemonSets, pods and warning events — and get alerted on crash loops, OOM kills and unready nodes.
What is Kubernetes monitoring?
Kubernetes monitoring watches a cluster at every level: nodes and their capacity, workloads such as Deployments and StatefulSets, pods and their containers, and the warning events the cluster raises. Because Kubernetes restarts and reschedules things on its own, problems such as crash loops, out-of-memory kills or pods stuck pending can stay hidden until users feel them.
Televane runs one small, read-only collector per cluster, shows the whole cluster on one screen and alerts on the failures that matter, with links from services in your traces to the workloads they run on.
The whole cluster, every 30 seconds
A single Deployment with read-only permissions.
- Nodes — capacity, readiness, pressure and CPU and memory use
- Workloads — desired versus ready replicas
- Pods — container states, restarts and owners
- Warning events from the last hour, with messages redacted
Cluster prod-eks
Alerts made for Kubernetes
Fourteen measures, ready to use.
- Crash loops, OOM kills, image pull failures and restarts
- Pods pending, not ready or failed; replicas unavailable
- Nodes not ready, under pressure, or short of CPU and memory
- A cluster that stops reporting
Safe by design
The collector never reads Secrets, ConfigMaps or pod environments, and connects outbound only. Services in your traces are linked to the workloads they run on.
- Install with one manifest and kubectl apply
- Images for amd64 and arm64
- Dry-run mode to see what would be sent

- Create a free account — Sign up at portal.televane.com. The Free plan needs no card, and new organizations can try Pro free for 14 days.
- Apply one manifest — Choose Kubernetes under Add data, download the manifest sized for your cluster and run kubectl apply.
- Turn on Kubernetes alerts — Nodes, workloads and pods appear within a minute. Enable the crash loop, OOM kill and unready node templates.

Kubernetes: common questions
How do I monitor a Kubernetes cluster with Televane?
Apply one manifest with kubectl. It runs a single read-only collector that reports nodes, workloads, pods and warning events every 30 seconds.
Does the collector read my Secrets?
No. It never reads Secrets, ConfigMaps or pod environments, and it connects outbound only.
Which Kubernetes problems can I alert on?
Fourteen ready-made measures, including crash loops, OOM kills, image pull failures, pending or unready pods, unavailable replicas and nodes under pressure.
